The Return Process Is as Follows:

  1. Download the return form and mark the reason for your return.
  2. The return form is not a shipping label.
  3. Shipping costs are not covered by us. The return shipping label must be purchased and paid for by the customer.
  4. Once the item is returned in its unworn condition, we will issue a full refund.

Pre-Order Items
Some items are part of a pre-order campaign. These are clearly marked in the information section of the product page so customers are informed before purchase.
For the current campaign, the estimated shipping window is between July 27th and September 15th, 2025.
Please note: Pre-orders will not ship immediately. Customers will receive email updates regarding production progress and shipping details throughout the campaign.

Processing & Shipping Times (Regular Orders)
We ship with DHL or your local delivery partner depending on your country (e.g. DHL, Bpost, Poste Italiane, etc.).

Processing time: Up to 5 business days
Shipping time:

  • Europe, UK, and most of North America: 6–8 business days

  • Delays may occur during peak periods like Black Friday or Christmas

 

 

Returns and Exchanges

 

14 Day Return Guarantee. We sincerely hope you are happy with your CRTA purchase, however in the unfortunate event that you do change your mind we can offer you an exchange or a refund providing the goods are returned within a 14 day period in an unworn and unused condition.

Cancelation regarding your online orders should be cancelled within 12 hours of your order.

How can I track my parcel?

As soon as we start packing your order we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note that it can take 4 days before the tracking information is uploaded.

Undeliverable parcels

 

Shipping the package back may incur additional fees and taxes or will be destroyed if these fees are not paid. Hence, all such orders will not be ineligible for a refund / exchange. Please check with your local customs of any applicable customs duties or taxes before placing an order.
